Here is a patch file which allows access to the vector with which a function is
defined. Previously, it was only possible to access the mesh and the finite
element. I need this for a few things.

In the CVS, version the polynomial order for Poisson module is currently 7.
Might be worth changing this back to 1 as it's taking an age to compile.
