Here's an update:

Number (1) and (3) are fixed and (4) is mostly fixed. Here's what
remains:

   src/demo/solvers/elasticity/                   works? --> Johan J

   Confirm that PyDOLFIN works --> Johan J
   Update chapter Quickstart in manual --> all

Please confirm if and when you will fix. If you don't have time to fix
now, please file bug reports in Bugzilla for each item and we can release
anyway.
