OK, this is a problem with dolfin-0.6.2-1. It checks the default
location first, then the user supplied location. This has been fixed in
the development version. You can grab a snapshot from
http://www.fenics.org/pub/software/dolfin/snapshot/dolfin-snapshot.tar.gz
Note that the syntax has changed. You now want to do
./configure.local
--with-boost=workspace/naboulsk/FX/local/include/boost-1_33_1
--disable-pydolfin
If this works, then try removing "--disable-pydolfin".
