Ok, good. As far as I know there has been very few problems with
dolfin-fsi and dolfin-stable, so maintainment is working fine. That
nothing happens with dolfin-stable is not strange since it should only be
"last release + bugfixes", and for dolfin-fsi the pace is also naturally
slower than dolfin-dev since it cannot be broken, but should include
crucial development since last release needed for development downstream,
e.g. modules.

If later on dolfin-dev turns out to be identical to dolfin-testing,
including not being broken, then there is now reason to keep
dolfin-testing.

If there is then no objections to the name change "dolfin-fsi" ->
"dolfin-testing"; we can change it when we get the opportunity.
