Should we try to have a release ready by Friday?

My suggestion is that we release DOLFIN 0.7.2 and FFC 0.4.4 fairly
quickly and then after some more work on the parallel assembly
(merging pAssember and Assembler) we can release 0.8.0 (and 0.5.0).
