Anyone knows what it takes to get the tests under test/ running? Would 
be nice to have the buildbot run these.

Any suggestions on how to use the demos as tests? We need to remove the 
interactiveness. There is no X on fenics.org (buildbot). Viper will give 
exit 1 if vtk is not installed, and will break the demos. Is there some 
sort of if-test we could put around the plot statements? Or make viper 
exit with a message and exit code 0 if no x is available?
