[HG DOLFIN] Removed printouts in uBlasVector.

Removed debugging statements in uBlas.

Kept FIXME prints in min() and max() because:

- PETScVector::min/max are not implemented, I don't have PETSc here.
  Do we use the C or C++ interface?

- uBlasVector::min/max always yields 0.0, can someone please look at this?
