They are responsive although there is not much activity on the
mailig-lists. I asked a question yesterday and got 5 answers within a
few hours. I have experienced the same earlier.
The main problem is that Trilinos consists of 10-20 packages. Testing
all permutations of the package configurations does not seem to be
something that they do.
