Dear Garth ,

I noticed that scons is not picking up the GTS. if you see the 
following lines sent to you before you will see that there is something 
like -DHAS_UMFPACK=1 which means scons is picking it up. However there 
should be something like -DHAS_GTS=1 which is missing in my Case. How I 
can make scons pick up GTS???
