[HG DOLFIN] Return smart pointer instead of plain pointer in FunctionSpace.

If this is a problem in the PyDOLFIN interface, for now add a function which returns a reference (see EpetraVector and EpetraMatrix).

Formatting fixes for restriction code (seem to be lots of extra ' ' at the end of lines
when using vim...). Also made small simplification in Assembler.
