[HG DOLFIN] First version of new class ODECollection for integrating (large) collections

First version of new class ODECollection for integrating (large) collections
of ODEs, each with the same governing equations but possibly different states.
Seems to work but more testing is needed. Haven't tried to initialize time
step controllers correctly when switching states.

Some more fixes to the ODE solvers, still lots of complaints
from valgrind but maybe it does not bother the buildbot (no memory leaks).
