[HG DOLFIN] Make assembly benchmark compile again. Would be good to add building benchmark

Make assembly benchmark compile again. Would be good to add building benchmark
code to buildbot (but not running it since it may take too long). At some point
we should set up a benchbot on a dedicated machine.

Out-commenting the python unittests from the memory checker.
- The valgrind suppresions are platform dependent and the python
tests produces a lot of false positivs.
- Not sure what to do with this
