As you may have noticed, there has been quite a bit of activity this
last week on getting DOLFIN to run in parallel. We had a very
productive week of coding and parallel assembly/solve is now working.
Here's a summary of the current state:

A few issues remain to be sorted out and we'll then make a release
with *experimental* support for parallel computing.
