I should probably mention that I have a work around that i'm in the
process of implementing, so this is really not critical at all. My work
around is simply to copy the dolfin generated gradient function, and
define my neuman condition as zero over the entire domain except on the
boundary I care about. This should work, if it doesn't I will start a
new question.
