We should give some thought to how the demo directory should be arranged 
if we want this, without modification, to be part of the dofin-doc.deb 
package. At the moment, a user cannot just copy a demo into their own 
directory and run it - they need to get files (like the mesh) from other 
places in directory structure, which is not nice.
