Thanks for your answer Anders. I am not experienced enough with
FEM and FEniCS to implement this transformation myself, so I will use the 
truncation method for now (Dirichlet BC far enough). Then I am
going to try to simulate the asymptotic behavior of vector potential
using Robin boundary condition.

Does it make sense to file a bug report for implementation of these
transformations?
