Try to add

  CONFOPTS="-DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH:PATH=${INSTALL_PATH}"

in dolfin.package and remove dorsal_build_dir. Then re-run Dorsal.
Hopefully this will get rid of the warnings. Does it?
