Using -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Developer does not work for me on Mac.

It sets -Werror which turns a warning from CGAL (uninitialized variablein Lazy.h) into an error.

Solved temporarily by not using that flag on the Mac (in my local setup)so don't trust any changesets I push from my Mac. :-)
