There are two things I would like to add:
1. nearest point and cell extension for 3D meshes. This requires to to
supplement some CGAL functions, which misses the corresponding test.
This has already been asked for by some people and won't involve any
interface changes, just adding some missing templates, and should be
rather straight forward.
2. Possibility to have Bounding Box trees for MeshEntities of any
codimension (atm it is limited to cells) and traverse two bounding box
trees of two meshes at once in order to find all overlaps (described in
a mapping)
This one requires a bit more work, would add one or to classes and
extend the current interface. Since I am now working on finishing a
paper, I won't do that in the next weeks, but could add this add this in
the mid of July, depending on your opinions.
