Can the below removed from snowleopard.platform?

  default BOOST_DIR=/opt/local
  default UMFPACK_DIR=/opt/local
  default CGAL_DIR=/opt/local
  default GMP_DIR=/opt/local

The build system should be able to find these without help, and if it
can't we need to fix it.
