 For sysbench and dbt2, larger numbers are better as we are measure 
transactions per second/minute.  For drizzleslap and sqlbench, less is 
better as we are measuring how long it takes to run tests.

So builds 1712 and 1713 show large increases in how long it takes to 
run.  guid, guid-scale, update, update-commit, update-commit-scale and 
update-scale are all out of whack. I need to fix the "inside/outside 
norm" we it reversed for drizzleslap.
