Here is a unified patch that includes the transparent gzip support and
paster support, with tests for the paster app_factory and
filter_factory functions.

It's also available on my github fork.

My next follow-on patch will probably be to clean up
paster.dulwich.web, so that the code now in __init__.py is split out
to relevant files but imports are kept for backwards compatibility.
