Realized this morning that I'd. Forgotten to update the entry_point path in
this last move. I will post an updated patch later, with a test to actually
load the expected points with pkg_resources.

My next follow-on patch will probably be to clean up
paster.dulwich.web, so that the code now in __init__.py is split out
to relevant files but imports are kept for backwards compatibility.
