If you're willing to pay for a wiki host, I suggest taking a look at
Wikidot.com. They have much more reasonable prices, and you can
experiment with it for free if you're willing to put up with ads until
you get a paid subscription. (I promise I do not get any kickbacks
for referring people to them.) :-)
