I made the team as you may have noticed.  I tried to set the email
contact address, and it sent a confirmation email to duplicity-talk.

I suspect that the confirmation email is stuck in moderation.  Ken,
can you look at the queue and instead of approving it, just follow
whatever link is in the email to confirm that
duplicity-talk@xxxxxxxxxx wants to be the contact address for
~duplicity-talk?
