[Bug 1215431] [NEW] Error when launching software center
Public bug reported:
When I launch the software center, it searches for updates but then
stops and says there in an internal error, do you want to send a report.
When I press send report, the screen flashes to black and seems to
proceed with a summary/diagnostic list. When this activity stops, the
laptop has no more functionality, ie cursor will not move, etc. I am
forced to power down before I can resume. I do not know if you actually
get the report. I am using 13.04, unity on a HP-G62 laptop.
