[Bug 1217677] [NEW] message menu no longer turns blue on new message

indicator-messages 13.10.1+13.10.20130822.5-0ubuntu1

When receiving a new message on ubuntu-touch the indicator used to turn
blue. It no longer does this.

Steps to repro:
1) send a text message to the phone

Expected results:
- indicator message icon should turn blue

Actual results
- indicator message stays white
