There is a related bug #1217461 but that one is about the app appearing in multiple places, not it being repeated in one.
Can you show me the output of "click list" as the phablet user?

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In each part of the application scope, applications are listed
  multiple times. When doing a search, etc... See screenshot for an
  example in the Installed lens. This also happens when doing a search.
