I think this may be a duplicate of:

Mako Build 20130916.3
TEST CASE:
1. Connect a fully charged device (in this case mako) to a host over USB
2. Flash the device
3. Reboot
4. Check the state of the battery indicator
ACTUAL RESULT:
The battery indicator shows an empty battery (cf screenshot)
EXPECTED RESULT
It shows a fully charged battery
