[Bug 1229758] [NEW] No screenshot available for webbrowser app

Public bug reported:

On unity8, the webbrowser is installed as a debian package, which means
the scope doesn't display an application preview image.

One possible discussed solution is to add hints into the webbrowser
desktop file for it to find an image to preview from instead of picking
it up from the store.

This would avoid the fake click package that would bring in a dual
desktop file problem and not much added benefit.
