[Bug 1203355] Re: Session menu has both 'restart' & 'shutdown' options though both open the same dialog window

I have 13.10 x64 running on an Atom netbook and a Core i7 monster. On
both after a reboot the 'restart' item is in the menu. After a few
minutes it disappears from the i7 menu but remains in the Atom. Is it
really so hard to delete an item in a config list?
