[Bug 1203355] Re: Session menu has both 'restart' & 'shutdown' options though both open the same dialog window
Those of you that wish to remove that unnecessary Restart option can use
a workaround. First install dconf-editor and then launch it from
commands lens Alt+F2 and navigate to:
>apps>indicator-session
and then simply check "suppress-restart-menuitem" and the annoying and
redundant Restart option will disappear.
Anyway I think that if this option was added intentionally it should
behave like the bug reporter mentioned.

if it's now intended to have both that's cool but then the 'Restart' option should open with focus on "Restart', not "Shut Down"
If not intended you should remove the Restart option
