  Dash: com.canonical.Unity.Lenses should have a key to individually
  disable online/remote searches per scope id

Bug description:
  As it stands now you only have "remote-content-search" 'all or 'none'
  That seems overly permissive or restrictive
  Users  should have the choice to allow some scopes to do remote searches & disallow others as they see fit.
