[Bug 1241245] [NEW] non resizable window stuck on magnetic borders
Public bug reported:
On current 13.10 release, when trying to move around non resizable
windows (eg. system settings) they seem to react to magnetic borders.
Sometimes when the pointer hit the screen border while dragging and the
button is released then, the window is stuck and cannot be moved
anymore. No "grab hand" appears on pressing the mousebutton while on the
title bar anymore. Double clicking the title bar makes it movable
again.
So I guess the window reacts to the magnetic border, even if it is not
resizeable and no visual resize-effect is shown at all. But it behaves
as it would be enlarged to fullscreen or something after that, until it
is restored to normal state by double clicking the title bar.
** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
