using a few webapps (5 or 6) at the same time at some point these seem
to get SIGKILLed in the bakground by the OOM watcher. if they get re-
initalized they seem to come up without any hud support (before the hud
has back/forward/reload, after the hud is empty)

to reproduce, run a bunch of webapps for a few hours and see them
randomly die and come back, with and without hud on a phone
