[Bug 1264375] [NEW] Can't re-enable bluetooth after disabling

Public bug reported:

I disabled bluetooth on my laptop in indicator-bluetooth and now
whenever I try to re-enable it, the switch flips off again after I flip
it to "on". I had to resort to the command line to enable my bluetooth
again.

alan@deep-thought:~$ sudo rfkill list
[sudo] password for alan:
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
2: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no

alan@deep-thought:~$ sudo rfkill unblock all

alan@deep-thought:~$ sudo rfkill list
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
2: tpacpi_bluetooth_sw: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
27: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no

At this point it was re-enabled in the indicator and I can now use
bluetooth again. Possibly related to bug 1126108
