And when I try to close DASH it do not react sometimes, so I click
3times more and it do a carousel - opening and closing.

  Unity is slow on Ivy Bridge

Bug description:
  Hi, I am trying 14.04 and as I see Unity DASH is slower than in
  12.04.3, opening is being did in 4 steps each really visible. When
  DASH is opened maximised it is even more visible. It takes about 2
  seconds and I think this is not fast enough.
