[Bug 1276896] [NEW] Keyboard disabled after reboot on login screen

Public bug reported:

After rebooting, when typing my password to login with my username the
typed values are not entered into the password input box on the login
screen. To correct, I must first login as Guest (which is password free)
and then logout. Afterwards I can enter my password and login with my
username normally.
