[Bug 479757] [NEW] Notification Bubble does not blurr if cursor is already positioned over bubble area
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
If I have my mouse cursor positioned where notification bubbles appear,
bubbles appear un-blurred until I move the mouse. New notifications
should appear blurred if the mouse cursor is already positioned where
the notification appears.
Use case: I open the calendar by clicking on the date / time applet,
leaving the mouse cursor over the calendar area so it isn't obstructed
by notification bubbles while I type an email (not touching the mouse).
The bubble appears and blocks my calendar, even though my mouse cursor
is there and should make the notification blur. I have to completely
remove my mouse from the bubble and re-approach it before the
notification will blur.
