Public bug reported:

If I get a text, the message indicator is blue. If I click a message
from within the indicator, I am presented with a text field and a send
button. I can type into the text field, but the button is grayed out. If
I click it, then the text field, etc goes away, but the message isn't
sent and it isn't added to the thread in the messaging app. If I click
the message again in the messaging indicator, it shows the text field
with the message, but the button is still grayed out and won't send.

This is on mako with latest promoted (r250)
