I didnt notice that dash restore icons. It lokks like bug is fixed beacuse
i cant reproduce it.

Icon was restored when you would drag and drop desktop icon second time.
When my launcher was locked (shaded) i would take anoteher icon and just
drag it to another place (move icon).

  This is not urgent because Launcher is working. This is rather anoying
