Title:
  Some windows has two frames and bottom frame is "transparent" for
  mouse clicks

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Some windows has two frames and bottom frame is "transparent" for
  mouse clicks. So, if I start Clementine in maximized window mode, it
  will have two frames and bottom frame is unclickable. Instead, click
  will be sent to another window under Clementine or Desktop. Doesn't
  matter which video driver I'm use, proprietary or opensource.

  For programs running under Wine 1.5.29 or 1.4.1, which have his own
  skin (it's some popular program 1C at ex Soviet Union countries), it
  will show black area instead of second frame, but lower than true
  window's frame. All controls at this windows are shifted to some
  amount of pixels and reveals when user hovers controls with mouse. It
  happens mainly after switching windows using "windows spread" or
  alt+tab. Here is some screenshot.
