Note: this is intermittent and I don't know of a way to systematically
reproduce this, but I've observed it dozens of times.

- I have two windows of the same program both maximized
- I click on the program's icon on the Launcher (one icon with two tips indicating there are two windows open)
=> the downscaled previews of the two windows are shown one on top of the other as expected
- I click on one of them

Expected result: the one I clicked should get focus and be brought to
front (maximized, as it was)

Observed result: whichever I pick, only one of them, systematically
always the same one, will get chosen. That is, if I click on window A,
it's window A, if I click on window B, it's window A allthesame.

Additionally, the title bar on the top of the screen is not displayed.

I can click on the foreground window (which is not the expected one) and
interact with it.

If I click on the top of the screen, where the window title is not
shown, then the correct window will be brought to front (not sure this
_always_ work, but I have observed it sometimes).

One thing that "fixes" the issue is to de-maximize both windows and then
remaximize them.

I've only observed this on maximized windows.
