[Bug 1420630] [NEW] indicator-sound menu icon disappeared after volume down to zero

Public bug reported:

On the HP commercial notebooks, there're function keys to control volume.
The menu volume icon will be disappeared if we volume down(with key combination: Fn+F6) to zero then logout and back in.
But if we just zero down volume(with the single volume on/off button), then logout and back in, the volume icon is still there.

This issue is fixed with installing indicator-
