[Bug 1440337] [NEW] mouse-button-modifer

Public bug reported:

When I change or disable the mouse-button-modifier. My clicks are permanently modified (permanent window drag mode).
If I then press alt + left mouse button, my clicks come through as usual (unmodified).
Don't know if this is a dconf-editor bug or an OS bug.
