Removing ubuntu-clock-app as the execution of alarms is done by
indicator-datetime and the implementation is localized to it.

Bug description:
  I know a lot of alarms start off quiet, and gradually get louder as
  time goes on. Might be a nice feature. The only con of this is feature
  creep.
