Title:
overlay-scrollbar page down activated after long press button

Status in overlay-scrollbar package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Precise 3D 32-Bit up-to-date

When reading text I sometimes grab the scrollbar by holding mouse1
down to be able to scroll easily, but sometimes I don't want to scroll
so I release the hold without moving the scrollbar at all. This leads
the overlay-scrollbar to preform the same action as if I had normally
clicked the page up/down button what I didn't expect to happen.

  - see attached video

  Suggestion to solve the problem:
  · Don't move the page on long press button after ~1 sec
