  [launcher] launcher doesn't hide automatically

  Invalid

Bug description:
  Unity Launcher sometimes experiences sticky behaviour. The launcher
  reminds visible and doesn't not hide automatically. The only way to
  revert the behaviour is to activate dash (with windows key or Alt +
  F2) and then press escape.
