Re: Suspend issues on Karmic ¿x86_64?
Works more or less fine here, 9.10 64b, and not even a fresh install: I
had upgraded from 9.04. Both suspend and hibernate work, whichever way I
start it (power button, closing the lid, command line...).
Only one issue, very inconsistent and very rare: most of the time my
laptop is on a docking station with an additional monitor attached. On
resume, sometimes the laptop screen is very very dim, nearly invisible
and definitely not usable. I still haven't figured out how to increase
the luminosity (the obvious usual things don't work). Funny thing is, a
reboot will not fix it! I have to completely power off the machine, and
then restart it pressing the power button. I guess is something to do
with bios, does anybody have any suggestions?
Cheers
