Bug description:
Martin created the update notifier to remind the user to record their passphrase.

I've made a minor change to the verbage of the actual file names to "record" the passphrase rather than "remind" about the passphrase.

I've committed upstream.  I'm applying to Ubuntu so that it's not out of sync on this point.
